The 0.5 meter remotely operated telescope at Mt. Kent is a Celestron C20 similar to the prototype at Pinto Valley Observatory shown here. The telescope and control computers are being installed at Mt. Kent, and first light will be in late March or early April 2006.

An identical companion telescope to be installed at Moore Observatory is nearing completion at the Celestron factory and should be on site in April.
